Recently upgraded, charming & very cosy house located in the end of the dead end street. Away from busy streets & noice but at the same time so close to everything you might want. Its located within a walking distance to Northlake Commons Plaza where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants & Starbucks. Also Costco, Bolay Restaurant & many more businesses that is located on Northlake Blvd is within a walking distance. The beach is only 15 min drive away. Rear property line backs to a wild area, so there is no neighbors in the back making this property a perfect spot for relaxation & meditation.

Property: The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one of the bathrooms has jetted tub & a shower, the other bathroom has a walk inn shower. Master bedroom has a walk inn closet.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, brand new mattresses as well as all the furniture in the house.
There is a new appliances, flooring, brand new 400sqf screened inn patio (being built) with travertine pavers, outdoor shower, the property has been painted inside and outside.
There is 3 Tvs in the house: living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, there will also be a TV in the patio.
There is plenty with parking space on the driveway, it can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Great location for West Palm Beach, FL & Jupiter, FL

No hassle check-in process, house was identical to photos online. Location was great to various beaches, restaurants, shopping areas. Owner should be very clear about what channels or LIVE STREAM services are offered on the televisions. On a few nights, we wanted to stay in after a long day at the beach, eat, relax and watch tv only we couldn't get any channels other than ION network and public access. The few channels we thought we could watch the language was not English and the tv wouldn't let us make it the primary language. Televisions in both bedrooms were on some type of timer (that we couldn't figure out or turn off) both tv's would come on at 10 a.m., around noon, 2 p.m. and then again in the evening. This was annoying. Wish there were cleaning products in the bathrooms, for daily cleaning after using the bath tub/showers and to clean the sink(s). Great spacious location for families.

Lovely, Modern, Cozy Cottage

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Everything inside is brand new and very clean, and the outside screened patio and landscaping are very nice, as well. The home was perfect for my family of five and our pups.

Cozy getaway

We enjoyed our stay ! House was very clean and fresh. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. TV’s in every room was a plus ! Disappointed that regular tv sports channels, Bravo, ID, were not available but liked being able to access our Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime.
