This beautiful apartment is located on the 14th floor and is just a few minutes walk from the beach of Marbesa. From the small covered terrace you have fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area. The residential complex where the apartment is located has a well-maintained garden, a play area for children, a communal pool with restaurant and terrace and in the immediate vicinity you will find other restaurants and a supermarket. Stroll through the old town of Marbella, because here are many romantic alleys that are worth seeing. Also the marina "Puerto BanĂșs" with its luxurious yachts is worth a visit.

Qq restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© et un bon dĂ©panneur. Serait bien d’avoir un minimum de produits; savon Ă  linge ( puisqu’il y a une laveuse) sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, cafĂ© 
 ce que nous avons laissĂ© en partant pour les prochains arrivants Nous avions 2 serviettes de bain pour un sĂ©jour de 5 nuits, ça aurait Ă©tĂ© bien d’en avoir 2 chaque puisqu’elle n’avait pas le temps de sĂ©cher TrĂšs belle vue du balcon ( coucher et levĂ© de soleil ) appartement de bonne grandeur. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e en vaisselle.

gepflegte Anlage, schönes Appartment

Helles Appartment mit einer schönen Aussicht. Obere Etage mit Flachdach die Klilmaanlage sollte nachts nicht benutzt werden ( Hinweis vom EigentĂŒmer.) Bei 38 Grad Außentemeratur wurde es daher unangenehm heiß. Eine kurze Info bei der Beschreibung des Objektes wĂ€re hilfreich. Die Agentur vor Ort war trotz angemeldeter spĂ€ter Anreise und angegebener Emergency Telefon-Nr. nach 22:00 Uhr nicht erreichbar. Den SchhlĂŒssel zum Apartment erhielten wir ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsselsafe im Nachbarort leider ohne die Nr. des Appartments zu vermerken. Folglich ging die Suche los welches Appartment denn zu dem besagten SchlĂŒssel gehörte Abends um 23:00 Uhr. Die Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt die Agentur nicht erreichbar. Zumindest war uns die Etage ja aus der Beschreibung bekannt. Leider befinden sich dort 10-12 Apparments. Eine Odyssee die keiner am Anreisetag braucht.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem spektakulĂ€rem Ausblick aufs Meer. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Mietwagen ist ein Muß, da der Ort nicht viel bietet außer Ruhe und StrandnĂ€he. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich extrem durchgelegene Matratze die garantiert RĂŒckenschmerzen verursacht
