Clean and well-appointed apartments. Loved having coffee available!! Beds were super comfy and towels, although small, were very soft. Huge bonus about this propertywas having parking spots available for small additional charge.

This is a very reasonably priced unit in a great location. I sent Dan questions several times leading up the visit, and they were all answered immediately: communication couldn't have been better. I'd happily rent this unit, or any others by this owner, again. Thanks for a great stay!

Seamless and easy! Only thing that would've made it better would be to allow bag drop offs before check-in without a fee, since there is a locked area between the two units that shouldn't impact cleaners, but would have made our trip a bit easier. Overall great stay though

I rented the 2 units for friends coming into town for an engagement party and the property worked well to accommodate everyone. Both units were clean and welcoming. Parking was convenient being right behind the unit. The neighborhood is awesome and super walkable. I liked that there were 8 queen beds and 2 couches that can be slept on. And finally, great air conditioning. There were a few areas of improvement however. We had an issue with power in one of the units and it took some time to figure out via the Vrbo chat. I appreciate that there is an online chat function, but ultimately it would have been nice and more efficient to speak directly to a human to address the issue. I did have to reach out for check-in instructions as they were not sent to me via email. Lastly, not necessarily a bad thing, but the vestibule you walk into before actually entering either unit is pretty dark and uninviting. You get past it, but it caught me off guard when I first entered the property. Overall, I would consider renting this pair of units again. They hold a lot of people, the units are clean, and the area is great.

Family Cubs trip

Our group enjoyed our stay!

Our group of 8 stayed here for a weekend trip to Wrigley. We enjoyed our time at the property and it met all our needs. Dan was easy to communicate with and everything was as said in the listing. Loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe. Short walk to the train station for going to Wrigley and downtown.
