In the complex: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, supermarket 1.7 km, bus stop "Hôtel de Ville" 1 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km. Please note: no lift. Note: restaurants on the ground floor of the residence. Access to the villa via a few steps.
