Lovely place. Nice yard in back with ability to have a bonfire. The only issue was the floor was left with some debris on floor from prior renters. This is a very nice place to rent!

There was abundant sleep space for 8 but only one small bathroom. And the property was very clean and well appointed but showing some wear.

Thanks for the review not sure it warranted. Three star review. The washer broke down for the guest on a thursday . I was notified and was able to get a new washer delivered the day they left on Sunday . Some things I just can’t control

We love this place and stay here almost every year. It's location is ideally suited for walkability onto the main drag in Lexington, so we head over to the coffee shop every morning and enjoy the weather on the way. House is filled with thoughtful amenities, including fast and reliable WiFi, full complement of dishes and cooking supplies, toiletries, plenty of towels, a pack-and-play, coffee, etc. Michael is easy to reach and responsive.

We were traveling to attend a funeral in the area, so we weren’t picky about the accommodations, but to our delight the house was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities and not a few amenities thrown in. The host made sure we had a great experience which was a degree of comfort given in our emotional state, and for that we are grateful.

Had a great time. Lexington is a great spot to spend the holidays. We had a couple of requests and they handled them promptly. Forgot an item after we left and they called within an hour to let us know. Highly recommend.
