The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

Tradewinds is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

Perfect location. Property was clean and ready on time. I guess my only issue was the unit is showing some wear. The bed was not very comfortable. The furniture in living area is also well used. Other than that, everything was good.

Remodeled bathrooms were a plus and property was clean.1.). Dryer would not remain "on." The start switch (not the door switch) appears defective.2.). Microwave stove light does not work.3.). Kitchen sink spigot is leaking at the base.4.). The deadbolt has no strikeplate to prevent the door from being forced open.5.). The electric stove burners either did not work or worked intermittently. The knob setting did not change this.

This was in the most perfect location in Orange Beach. You have easy access right onto and off the beach and the 1st floor is perfect. You have a full view of the ocean and it’s very easy to get your beach stuff up and down. The space is a great size for two adults but would still be comfortable for 2 adults with 2 children. You are very centralized so it’s not far to any activity and the stay and play package is nice for getting a free ticket for certain activities. The beds were comfortable and everything was well kept and clean. Only complaint is you only get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and two small trash bags for the length of the stay so you will want to bring extra if you have more than two people staying. Everything is nice, looks just like pictures but the best part is definitely the location!

September getaway

Loved the closeness to the ocean and the view. Location was great, not too congested , but close to restaurants. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Security officer made frequent rounds and had office on site. Very nice ,quiet and family friendly.
