Excellent séjour

Une villa très appréciée en famille. Joliment arborée avec beaucoup de terrain et avec une grande piscine. Située idéalement sur la route des plages. Cette villa devrait disposer de la climatisation et de menues rénovations.

Fantastischer Pool

Das Haus ist groß, sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Garten ist weitläufig und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Zudem wird er regelmäßig gereinigt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück selbst großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten, was gerade in Südfrankreich selten ist. Mehrere Strände sind innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar.

Villa très vaste, piscine plantée au milieu des arbres, terrain de pétanque à l'ombre, petit déjeuner face au village au loin, très belles plages à 5 minutes en voiture. Pas de mauvaise surprise sur la description fournie. Très agréable séjour.

Hallo, wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigen Räumen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und der pool ist in sonniger Lage. Mit Kindern hat man auf dem großen Areal gute Möglichkeiten, unterschiedliche Interessen zu verfolgen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und für 2 Familien ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Auch die Umgebung und die Strände sind sehenswert. Die Parkgebühren am Strand waren sehr hoch und die Mücken waren ein wirkliches Problem. Evtl. gibt es da noch Möglichkeiten, den Schutz zu erhöhen. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und auch die finanzielle Abwicklung ist absolut zuverlässig verlaufen. Viel Spaß und alles Gute, Familie Markus Kumbrink
