The property features a beautiful Provençal villa built on terraces, spread over two levels and divided into two separate, completely independent apartments, offering complete privacy.
- One entire apartment, "Upper Villa," reserved for rental platforms.
- One entire apartment, "Lower Villa," reserved for the owners.
Ideally located between land and sea, the rental boasts exceptional, unobstructed views of the Bay of Lavandou, the village, the port, the main beach, and the islands.
The village, shops, amenities, and the main beach are just a 10-minute walk away.
Twelve fine sandy beaches along 12 kilometers of coastline await you within a 20-minute drive.
The beaches of Saint Clair and La Fossette are 5 minutes away.
80 m² apartment in a completely peaceful setting, renovated, fully equipped, air-conditioned, private, and completely independent.
Committed to making improvements each year and ensuring our guests' satisfaction, Estelle and Jean-Luc are renovating the apartment, the private outdoor spaces, and the pool and plunge pool area from November 2025 to February 2026.
The rental includes private parking spaces in front of the property.
Private outdoor areas and terraces where you can relax, unwind, enjoy an aperitif, or dine with family will enhance your stay.
A private 12m x 5m swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is available to Estelle and Jean-Luc.
The pool is accessible from "Bas de Billa" and is open from May to October, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The pool is a space for relaxation and sunbathing, and inappropriate behavior is not tolerated (see regulations).
The pool is cleaned and treated by us every morning. The use of sunscreen is prohibited.
