Our family absolutely loved this property. The proximity to the beach and option to rent any materials we needed for the beach were so convenient. Comfortable home with great amenities, close to everything we wanted to do, and wonderful hosts who were very attentive and prompt. We will be back!

We all really enjoyed our time staying in Cocoa Beach at this lovely rental property, that was very close to the beach. besides the coffee maker not working. Everything else was excellent.

Beach house February 2023

The house suit us very well, well equipped furnished and decorated. It was walking distance to beach and short drive to some very good restaurants. We loved the back yard, especially the hot tub!

Cozy comfortable oasis

This was our second stay at this lovely home and it did not disappoint. It is extremely well equipped and well maintained. We can see where the owner made numerous improvements since our last stay. It’s really perfect for us and our dog, with the bonus of a fenced yard. A block from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, there is never a lack of things to do here. Just what we needed. We’ll be back!

Great backyard with fire pit and hot tub.

My wife and I stayed the whole month of February 2024. Location near the beach was excellent and the house was well furnished. There were some minor issues when we checked in but the host took care of them immediately. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because we expected 1 1/2 bathrooms as advertised. It does say in small print that the half bath is an outdoor shower only, which was a good feature, but that doesn't qualify it as a half bath - and I didn't notice the discrepancy until we arrived. Sharing a bath and toilet with my spouse for a month wasn't what I intended and I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Other than that the place was great!

Unfortunately VRBO doesn't allow us to differential this in their system properly. We check a box that says outdoor shower and VRBO classifies it as a half bath. We appreciate your understanding of the outdoor shower as a good feature, but we understand that it may not qualify as a half bath in the traditional sense. We take your feedback seriously and have already requested VRBO add extra breakdowns to their website to ensure clarity for future guests. Your experience is valuable, and we want to make sure that others have accurate expectations when booking their stay. Despite the bathroom situation, we're pleased to hear that overall, you enjoyed your time at our property. Absolutely stellar!

This is by far one of the nicest rentals we have ever had...our first VRBO and won't be the last. Communication with Adam was great, he checked on us regularly, answered questions and was very responsive. The house itself is a little oasis with the hot tub and fire pit (I wish the weather had cooperated a little more, but hey, Florida!). The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we were grateful to be able to bring him. The house was well supplied with necessities and then some...just like staying in a hotel, but better! Everything was comfortable. There were games and such for folks with kids, tv and internet...what more could anyone want?! We especially liked how close it was to the beach, which was dog friendly. It was GREAT. I was initially concerned that we'd get road noise but it was so quiet at night. Very peaceful. Convenient to the hubbub of downtown, yet so very private. Found a great "foodie" restaurant just down the road (The Fat Snook) and enjoyed a rocket launch out at the Cape. A "bucket list" item for sure. I am sure we will stay again if the opportunity presents itself. We REALLY enjoyed it, and will recommend this house to others too! I'd rent it again in a New York minute. The whole experience was great.

We love calling Orlando home and could not imagine a better place to raise our three boys. Truly has something for everyone within just a short distance.
