Inherited from the owner's parents, this secluded haven offers exceptional tranquility, enhanced by its private fishing lake, spacious covered terrace, numerous outdoor activities, and an indoor games room where children and adults alike will instantly find something to enjoy. Just 45 minutes from Toulouse, Montauban, and Auch, it's the ideal address for a rejuvenating or business trip in the peaceful countryside of the Gers and Haute-Garonne regions. Suggested tourist excursions near Brignemont: Brignemont's only windmill, built in 1740, 3.7 km away; the Cox pottery museum, 2 km away; Laréole Castle, 5 km away (hosting the 31 Notes d'été festival in August); and the medieval village of Sarrant, 10 km away. The Animaparc children's amusement park is 12km away; the Bouconne forest and the market halls of Grenade-sur-Garonne are a 25-minute drive. You can do your shopping and enjoy a good restaurant in Cadours, a 5-minute drive away. Interior amenities: air conditioning in every room, Netflix, board games, children's kitchen, books, raclette and fondue sets, and baby equipment (high chair, crib, bathtub, potty, and dishes). Exterior amenities: 8 hectares of hiking trails, 6000m² fishing lake, 4.8m diameter above-ground swimming pool, pétanque court, ping-pong table, badminton net and rackets, Molkky set, and balls. Parking space. The cottage is attached to an uninhabited section of the property.
