Le Loumama is a 50 m² former barn that has been lovingly restored. Designed to accommodate a couple with children, this family retreat combines rustic charm with modern comfort. It offers an intimate and peaceful setting, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and 10 minutes from Lake Hostens and its many activities. The cottage is located less than 10 minutes from the ‘Le Barp’ motorway exit on the A63, ideal for a break between northern France and the south or Spain.

Why ‘Le Loumama’? This unique name pays tribute to the family's children, combining the first syllables of their first names. A family home for families.

The location:
- 50 m² of cosy comfort: exposed beams, natural materials, tasteful décor
- 50 m² private enclosed garden with wooden terrace
- Bay window offering plenty of natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge, parents' area and children's area
- Bathroom with a large 140 cm x 90 cm shower, anti-fog mirror and washing machine
- Sleeping arrangements in the mezzanine: 1 single bed, 1 double sofa bed. Downstairs, there is a double sofa bed. A ‘low’ mezzanine is also available for teenagers who want a little privacy, with a mattress on the floor. We can provide a travel cot if required.
- For younger children, there is a playground and trampoline, shared with our children.

Located between Bordeaux (45 minutes) and the Arcachon Basin (30 minutes), Le Loumama is the perfect starting point for exploring the vineyards of Pessac Léognan, the beaches of the basin or the ocean, the Dune du Pilat, having fun at Lake Hostens or the Lake City water sports centre, both less than 10 minutes away, or strolling through the typical villages of the South-West.

For guests arriving with pets, we ask for an additional cleaning fee of €10.
