****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is scheduled to undergo mandatory exterior renovations beginning February 9, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 8 months (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. The loudest and most disruptive noise is expected during the early phase of the project, primarily through the end of March, when major demolition will occur. Following the demolition phase, the exact scope, timing, and level of disruption from remaining construction activities are not yet fully known. Guests should continue to expect some daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. In addition, east (ocean-side) exterior painting is currently scheduled from February 9 through June 19, weather permitting. When units are being painted, there may be no balcony access and outdoor furniture may be moved inside. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions may be disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period. If disruption experienced during a stay is significantly greater than reasonably anticipated, any additional consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A serene neutral color palette frames the room where two comfortable chairs, a swivel chair, and a chaise sofa sit situated around a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. Relax and unwind in this family room where coastal themed artwork, beautiful shiplap, and the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline put your mind at ease.

The adjacent chef's kitchen features a large island with stunning quartz countertops and barstool seating for 6, a white farmhouse sink, seafoam blue designer cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Prepare a scrumptious dinner for the whole family while enjoying the incredible ocean views as the sun goes down. A round dining table with seating for 6 sits in front of a large bay window seat nearby. Dive into your favorite book as you enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island from this cozy nook. The laundry area is located just off of the kitchen for your convenience.

Glass sliders lead the way to the covered terrace where you can enjoy dinner al fresca at the hightop table for 2 or look for dolphins from one of the two patio chairs. Enjoy the beach breeze and fresh air as you sip your morning coffee on this private balcony!

Just down the hall, you will find the grandeur master bedroom and bathroom. This majestic space boasts a king bed with palm bedding flanked by two matching nightstands with oyster shell lamps, a flat screen smart TV, a large dresser, and a desk area with a swivel chair. The elegant master bathroom offers a huge marbled walk in shower, a standalone tub and jelly fish inspired light fixture, and double sinks inside of gorgeous quartz counters.

Walking down the hall from the master, you will find two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom features another king sized bed with colorful bedding and a flat screen smart TV over a wooden chest. A sliding barn door leads you to the en suite bathroom with a gorgeous turquoise vanity and matching turquoise tiled walk in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed with two twins encased horizontally in a built in bunk setup over the top. This room also has an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and a vanity with quartz countertops.

This seaside oasis is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for couples, a family, or senior citizens. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. This condo also includes access to double tennis courts and pickle ball courts just across the street.
