Short term rental tenants of less than six months, must complete a rental application and background check required by the Ville de Marco West Condo Assoc.
The form is submitted with a copy of rental agreement to the Association for approval.
There is a $150 guest/rental fee per application.

Rental application is to be submitted 20 days in advance of arrival for each rental period, regardless of the number of times a tenant has visited the property in the past.

Paradise

This condo is located right on Marco River looking over the Isle of capri. The condo is two bedroom two bath with a shaded Lanai. Fantastic pool and within walking distance of some restaurants and bars. Located on the 4th floor it does have elevator or stairs It is outfitted nicely with quality products and is very relaxing. Will definitely be back.
