Located directly next to the Tennessee State Museum, it’s just a 25-minute scenic walk to Broadway, with some of Nashville’s best attractions right along the way—including the Farmers Market, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, and the Musicians Hall of Fame.

We know travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options:
• If no guests are checking out the same day: Early check-in is available as early as 8:00 AM
• If guests are checking out the same day: We offer luggage storage and 3 parking spaces starting at 7:00 AM
• Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but we’ll notify you if your home is ready earlier!

This is a great property.... one of the best we've found in the Nashville area over the past 10 years. We had 6 adults and 6 kids age 7 and under. Plenty of room for everyone. Huge dining room table, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows, host left a couple of cases of bottled water.... very appreciated. Conveniently located with everything we wanted within a 5 minute drive. Host is very responsive. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. The house was comfy and well stocked with plenty of extra linens, water, coffee, and cleaning supplies. The host was super accommodating with check in and check out times and made sure to send clear instructions. We loved the location with being able to walk across the street to the Farmer’s Market and Broadway was an easy 25 minute walk. The massage chair was an awesome bonus!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

My favorite “feature” was the extra fridge in the entryway that was for alcohol. Prior guests leave any extra they had and pay it forward. Secure, fenced in yard for your vehicle.
