Perfect location few blocks from the heart of downtown San Clemente historic Avenida Del Mar. Excellent restaurants and boutique shopping on Del Mar and 12 minutes walking distance to the beach, pier, and beach trail. We are center location to Los Angeles (56 miles), San Diego (55 miles) and Disney Land (32 miles).

GREAT Host GREAT property

Michael was a great host and we absolutely loved the property. Perfect location really comfy beds, clean, and well stocked. We will 💯 be staying with Michael at his property again
