What to love: 40 Minutes From Knoxville/ 90 minutes to Gatlinburg, Minutes from Tellico Lake. Easy access to marinas, restaurants, walking trails, & fitness center. Please message me for info to access to fitness center and pool.
Inside, guests will find 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi, your stay will be as enjoyable as can be. The 2 bathrooms are stocked with essentials like a hairdryer & extra towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, Nespresso coffee, and tea. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

The house was perfect. Close to everything that we wanted to see. We really enjoyed it. They kept the place well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. They even had snacks out which was so nice. It's a really cute place and clean. The host was terrific and was on the ball answering messages. We'd definitely stay there again! My only suggestion is if you plan on eating in and cooking, you'll want to bring you own seasonings. There is only salt & pepper. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us. One of the best vrbo's we've stayed at and we've been to many.

We most likely won’t return. The pillows are all overstuffed and uncomfortable. The beds are small. The guest bed is clearly aged. We kept rolling to the middle. We tried both beds. Both mattresses were too soft for our taste. The Nespresso coffee maker is single cup and there were only 5 pods and no decaf. Nice house but needs upgrades for coffee, pillows and beds. Hostess was great and responsive

had to altet my stay due to a work conflict, vrbo made a mistake on the alteration, but the owner was amazing in getting it taken care of quickly.The pictures do not do it justice. This is the cutest cottage and comfortably decorated. It’s very roomy and as a wonderful back deck. I look forward to staying here in the future when I can stay longer and utilize the outside area explore the surroundings. Kudos!
