Key Colony Beach! The Irish Pirate! Best Location, Cabana Club withPool & Beach!
Bright and Clean! 2 Paddle Boards and 6 Bikes!! Cabana Club Entry with Beach, Pool Food and Cocktails!
Our home is located on the south end of 9th Street, making it an easy walk to Sunset Beach, Key Colony Inn and "Members Only" Cabana Club... Pool, Beach and Restaurant. We have everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation. The 37.5' dock with plug in, fish cleaning station, fresh water and green underwater fish light will be sure to please any angler and crew! The kids will love fishing right off the dock. We have some extra rods for the kids!
The space
The house is on stilts at the South end of the canal. Convenient for walking to restaurants and the Cabana Club. There is a covered porch upstairs with 4 rocking chairs. The kitchen island has seating for 7. All the 4 TV's have Directv Stream, Amazon, Disney, ESPN, HBO Plus, etc... There is a TV in each bedroom. The Master bath shower has a showerhead, 6 jets and a rainshower. Double vanity and lighted mirrors. Guest bath is a tub/shower with lighted mirrors. Bunk room has Double Mattresses bunk bed with twin trundle. Kitchen is equipped with 2 coffeemakers... 1 drip and 1 Keurig. Ninja blender and everything else you should need.
Laundry is downstairs with a 3rd Bathroom. Tide and Bleach provided.
Bed linens are White Duvets and Island Throws.
White Towels, Beach Towels and Fish Towels are provided.
Other things to note
If you are trailering a boat. Depending on the size, it may (should) fit in the rocks out front. Otherwise, KCB has trailer parking and I will provide that information.
