Nice for our softball trip

This was a great house for the 4 adults we had traveling together for a softball tournament. Check-in was a little bumpy because the code didn't work, but the property manager sent a new one pretty quickly when I called him. The listing said 3 queens and a king however there was no king size bed and one room didn't have a bed at all so one person slept on the couch. We also noticed there were no smoke alarms and the majority of the outlets in the bedrooms and living room were too loose to work so we could only plug in electronics and phone chargers in the kitchen and bathrooms since those were newer. The yard was nice and the location was fantastic for our needs. We agreed that we would stay there again, and hopefully the missing bed will be there next time.

Clean Place to Stay

The overall experience was good. The property was exactly as described and I didn't pay attention to the fact that there was only 1 television in this 4 bedroom rental home. The refrigerator did not work, but the freezer worked great and the stove is in desperate need of replacement. The owner was very responsive and overall it was a clean, safe place to stay. The backyard was Amazing.

Good place to stay while working in South Austin

I've returned to this property a few times since I've started using VRBO. The landlord is very attentive and polite. I will keep this place as my goto location when working in this area

Great Find

We had a great time and Austin was really easy to communicate with, the location was ok but we felt safe the entire stay. We didn't have to drive too far to get to the places we wanted and it was easy to find. The house was also very nice and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. It has a nice cooking and dining area, living room with good TV, very comfortable beds, washer and dryer. We didn't really need to add much other than food and ourselves. I would definitely recommend this house.
