Recently renovated and decorated with tropical accents, Echo is a comfortable, family friendly condo with a bright and open floor plan. Settle in on Echo's lush, spacious veranda and you may never want to leave!

Location: 1st floor, upper building. Located on the ground floor with just one step up, Echo is easily accessible for families with children or guests with impaired mobility. Echo comfortably sleeps six.

Kitchen: Well equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, electric kettle and waffle maker. Spacious indoor dining table with seating for four, plus a breakfast bar with seating for two.

Living Area: Plenty of room to hang out or sleep with a queen-size sofa bed and twin over twin bunk bed. 50" flat screen smart TV with access to Netflix. Board games available. Reliable wifi, and the console table in the hall doubles as a desk for those working remotely.

Bedroom: King size bed, two night tables, tall dresser, spacious closet and air conditioning. Alarm clock.

Bathroom: Spacious vanity, hair dryer and clothes steamer. Four extra large beach towels provided.

Veranda: Dining table with cushioned chairs for six. Comfortable conversation set for four.

Beach gear: Water jug plus small and large cooler. Four comfortable beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Great stay

The views are spectacular! Nice clean condo. Property is very well kept. Matt the property manager was very communicative and met us at checkin to show us around. Beautiful sunsets from the porch. Great stay!

Ideal location!

Terrific condo! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, nice balcony, full kitchen. Everything you need and an ideal location - close to Cruz Bay, both car and passenger ferry. Matt was very welcoming and available when we needed anything.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in Echo at Serendip condos. Our family of 5 loved it. It was comfortable, clean, newly remodeled, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings from the balcony. The property manager was kind and helpful. The dip pool was nice after a long day at the beach. Our favorite hike was Lindberg trail to Hollywood and Solomon beach. Our favorite beach was Trunk bay in the evening at Sunset. Saint John and Serendip condos was top notch. We made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

Great Stay

We had a very nice stay. Great property with all the amenities. The beach gear came in handy for our drives to the St. John beaches. We also enjoyed the pool, board games and especially the view.
