Saltwater pool with stunning views of the lake

This large, beautifully situated lakefront vacation home has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard. All windows and exterior doors have been replaced and are now hurricane proof. The pool deck has also been finished with high quality Italian stone and the cage has been refurbished with a super screen overlooking the lake for an unobstructed view.

The home is located in the very well maintained community of Briarwood, one of Naples' premier vacation destinations. Only pre-registered guests and visitors are allowed access. Here you can enjoy a very relaxing vacation or work comfortably in your home office via high speed WIFI.

In 200 square meters of living space you have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright, cozy living and dining area and an open, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can also enjoy your coffee on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother, a Keurig and a classic coffee maker. There is a 65" TV and a Playstation4 in the living area.

For the beds in the four bedrooms, we use high quality mattresses based on our own vacation experiences. You can look forward to restful nights. In the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun on one of the three comfortable loungers or relax in the shade of the corner sofa. The south-facing saltwater pool can be electrically heated during the winter months. This is subject to an additional charge depending on usage.

Enjoy barbecues with family and friends on the covered patio overlooking Briarwood's largest lake.

The two-car garage has room for your car as well as everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach (camping chairs, coolers, children's toys, balls and tennis rackets).

The Briarwood community offers a pickleball, tennis and beach volleyball court, as well as a community pool. There is even a playground for the little ones.

The fine sandy beach and romantic sunsets at Naples Pier are only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, the Coastland Center, Mercado and Waterside Shops, great restaurants and the shopping mile of 5th Avenue are also only 5 miles away.
