Studio Artemis is on the 1st Floor of the Villa Christianna, above the Studio Estia, with a view of the Ionian Sea. The 1-room studio offers sleeping accommodation for 4 people and is equipped with a bathroom, small kitchen, dining table, TV, air conditioning and balcony.
The walk to the beach of Agios Nikitas village takes 5 minutes on foot. Here you can relax and spend the day on the beach, cool off in one of the cafes or try Greek specialties in the taverns.
By car (parking space available) you can be at the Pefkoulia beach (2.5 km away) or Kathisma beach (4 km) in a few minutes. The famous beaches Egremni and Porto Katsiki on the southern tip of the island can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
In 15 minutes you are in the city of Lefkas by car, wonderful for an evening walk.

We had an excellent stay in Villa Christiana. It was very clean & was equipped with everything.

We were extremely pleased with our stay from booking to experiencing this property. It was very easy to book , pictures clear and as described. Any queries were answered pre holiday and Barbara was always around to help whilst there. Would definitely recommend!

Tutto è andato nel migliore dei modi. L’appartamento è più bello di quello che si vede nelle foto. Si trova a nostro parere nella parte più bella dell’isola. Sì arriva in spiaggia in 5 minuti a piedi e in auto si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge più famose in meno di 1 ora. Ultimo valore aggiunto sono i proprietari che abitano nello stesso fabbricato: persone splendide e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Super consigliato!!

Lovely apartment in a good location

The apartment was lovely. Very clean, well equipped, spacious and with a large private balcony. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Ideal location for the town in the evening. There is a bus service from outside the property along the coast to Lefkada town. Although near to the town centre it was very peaceful at night. Would definitely recommend.

Agios Nikitas è sicuramente il villaggio più bello di Lefkada e in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge migliori. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e l'alloggio è molto ben tenuto. Ideale per chi desidera tranquillità e relax.

Unbeschwerter Urlaub

Wir haben einige sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage im Studio Artemis verbringen können. Sehr nette Vermieter, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit prachtvoller Aussicht und doch zentral gelegen. Liebevoll und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Studio. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Una splendida settimana di mare

Questa piccola e accogliente struttura è situata presso Agios Nikitas a pochi chilometri di distanza da Lefkas. Il paese è molto accogliente e tranquillo e nel mese di Giugno ancora poco frequentato. I proprietari (Nikos e Barbara) sono persone molto ospitali e simpatiche e parlano anche un ottimo italiano. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo questa sistemazione a tutti quelli che cercano tranquillità e relax.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren Pfingsten 2010 in Agios Nikitas bei Barbara und Nikos. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Agios Nikitos ist für uns einer der schönsten, wenn nicht sogar der schönste Ort auf Lefkada. Nicht zu touristisch, ein schönes griechisches Örtchen von überschaubarer Größe mit schönen Tavernen, Geschäften und tollen Sränden (vor allem der Milos-Strand (20 min. Fußweg). Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Waldemar, Heike, Laura und Max.

Sehr schönes Domizil

Wir waren im oberen Studio und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Studio ist auch für kleine Familien geeignet. Agios Nikitas ist ein sehr schöner, kleiner Ort auf Lefkas mit einem Badestrand, der zu den schönsten der ganzen Insel zählt, aber trotzdem nicht überlaufen ist. Mit anderen Worten ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Wir werden wieder kommen.

ein wunderschön errichtetes haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einem wunderschönen sonnenaufgang versehen. vor allem mit kleinen kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
