About this property

Holidays in the Nurdach house in the beautiful Ammerland with proximity to the water

Idyll and yet a little life around it if desired? Then you are exactly right here.
We rent our house with close proximity to a swimming lake in a beautifully landscaped holiday area. Our house has a dining room, living room with large living area (2 beds) and fireplace (wood available), a bedroom with double bed, a small room with emergency bed and closet, a kitchen with all conceivable electrical appliances (stove, oven, microwave, Fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Wassermaxx, Dolce Gusto machine), a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room with dryer, as well as a washing machine and a freezer.

Opposite the house there is a block house of 4x4m, in which there is also the possibility of an overnight stay (pull-out sofa).

The property is completely fenced. There are seating sets, garden loungers, hammocks, hanging swings, table football, table tennis, badminton, balls, 2 bicycles, 2 barbecues on site which logically can also be used.

Our house is located on a holiday complex, which has a lot to offer for young and old:
- Beautiful swimming lake with a partially artificial sandy beach
- separate children's area with slide and water equipment
- pedal boats
- children's playground
- kiosk
- restaurant
- climbing forest
- small airfield

The location is quiet but still central, as you only need 15 minutes by car to the sea (Dangast). It is just as quick to get to the next bigger city and Oldenburg can be reached in just 20 minutes.

Also die BegrĂŒĂŸung und die ErklĂ€rung zum Objekt fielen sehr freundlich und sehr schnell aus. Das Objekt selbst ist zu sterben verurteilt. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt ĂŒberall. MĂŒll steht rum, Spinnweben sind in jedem Raum vertreten, und hier und da sind Dinge kaputt, lieblos repariert und noch so vieles mehr. Es ist wirklich schade das dieses Haus so runtergewirtschaftet wird. Man könnte da so viel raus holen. Die Umgebung hingegen ist einfach nur schön. Ruhige Lage mit sehr netten Leuten. Baden und essen ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Wir haben ein angenehmes langes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Im angeschlossenen Ferienpark/Campingplatz ist ein Kiosk, bei dem wir unseren Eishunger decken konnten.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war sehr schön und ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Alles da was man als selbstverpfleger brauch. Wunderschöner eingezĂ€unter Garten, perfekt fĂŒr Familien mit Kind oder Hund. Der See ist nur 2min fussweg entfernt. Einziger Wehmutstropfen...auf dem danebenliegenden Campingplatz wurde samstag und sonntagabend party gemacht und die musik lief bis morgens um 2 uhr. Ob es nur an dem Pfingstwochenende so ist können wir nicht sagen.

Wir haben hier ein schönes verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende Ende September 2023 verbracht. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Sandra persönlich begrĂŒĂŸt und uns zum Haus gefĂŒhrt. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Nur die Dusche war nicht so wie beschrieben (DuschtĂŒren provisorisch durch Vorhang ersetzt; Armatur war defekt). Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und die Umgebung hat uns zu langen SpaziergĂ€ngen mit unserer kleinen DackelhĂŒndin inspiriert.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Nurdachhaus in Conneforde. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist top. Nur ein sehr kurzer Fußmarsch bis zum See, der wirklich toll und sauber ist. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen hĂ€tten wir: - eine Fußleiste vor dem Kamin steht ab und bietet ein hohes Verletzungsrisiko - ein paar AufrĂ€umarbeiten im Garten wĂŒrden das Ambiente noch schöner machen. Schön wer es auch, wenn die kleinen LĂ€mpchen im Garten funktionieren wĂŒrden. Sonst waren wir mit der Sauberkeit im Objekt und der Bequemlichkeit der Betten sehr zufrieden. Danke, dass wir da sein durften.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Am ersten Abend war es etwas kĂŒhl, da haben wir den Kamin angemacht. Damit ist das ganze Haus warm geworden. Die NĂ€he zum Wasser ist super. Gerade mit kleineren Kindern, die Wasser lieben.

Auszeit vom Alltag

Es war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Es war ruhig und das Objekt hatte alles, was wir brauchten: einen Kamin fĂŒr kuschelige WĂ€rme, eine Tischtennisplatte fĂŒr ausgiebige Familienduelle, zwei HĂ€user, einen schönen und umzĂ€unten Garten (perfekt fĂŒr den Hund) mit LiegeplĂ€tze und kein W-Lan (so hatte unsere Teenager-Tochter tatsĂ€chlich Lust, Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen). Danke an die tolle Gastgeberin! Auch fĂŒr die tolle Kommunikation!
