Your accommodation in detail:
• Bedrooms (2 rooms):
Both bedrooms feature high-quality solid wood beds with 5-zone mattresses and toppers. Our special service for you: We can flexibly arrange the beds in both rooms as large double beds or as separate single beds, entirely according to your preference. Exterior shutters allow for complete blackout and a deep sleep.

• Living area:
Make yourself comfortable on the leather couch or in the two relaxing leather TV chairs. Entertainment is fully guaranteed with a 43-inch TV, Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system.

• Kitchen:
The high-end Vorwerk kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for amateur chefs (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, large fridge/freezer). You can comfortably enjoy your meals at the elegant leather seating area.

• Bathroom:
The modern bathroom features a spacious 90 cm round glass shower and plenty of storage space.

• Outdoor area & House Rules:
The absolute highlight of the apartment is the 12 sqm private roof terrace. Equipped with high-quality furniture, a large table, a sun umbrella, and a side awning, it offers maximum privacy in the fresh air. Important note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire apartment, but it is explicitly allowed here on the roof terrace.

Location & Parking:
Messe Essen (trade fair) can be reached in approx. 10 mins by car. Public transport and a large supermarket are within a short walking distance (100m).
Fast 300 Mbit Wi-Fi is included, as well as free public parking in our street.
