Welcome to Rugles Cocooning, a charming 300m² house nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, overlooking racehorse paddocks.

Located in the town of Rugles and bordering a racehorse stud farm, our house is just 1 km from local shops, 10 km from L’Aigle train station, and an hour and a half from Paris.

Rugles Cocooning is the perfect spot for family getaways or trips with friends at any time of year—a place to take your time and enjoy the beauty of nature and the peace of the countryside. Fully equipped inside and out for guests of all ages, there is no need to bring a thing!

Rugles Cocooning blends traditional Norman architectural charm with modern comfort. It can accommodate up to 12 people, including babies, who will benefit from all the necessary baby-friendly equipment.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine), a large dining room perfect for hosting big meals with family or friends, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are 6 large, private double bedrooms, as well as a shower room with a toilet and a dressing room/playroom. Several baby cots are available.

The house is fully equipped with essentials: tableware and utensils, a dishwasher (with tablets), oven, microwave, kettle, gas stove, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea towels and bath towels, hairdryer, duvets, and pillows. Bed linen is provided, and beds are made up prior to your arrival.

The 2,000m² wooded garden features a furnished terrace, as well as parking space and a garage.
An inflatable outdoor hot tub is also available upon request from April to September. You will also find a children's play set and bicycles there.
Feel free to pet the horses while strolling through the garden—they will be delighted!
