THE ENVIRONMENT: On the edge of a 2-hectare pond, you will be surrounded by unspoiled nature, 2 km from the village centre (population 1,000). Peace and quiet guaranteed. THE POND HOUSE: A 30 m² living room with a kitchen including a 4-burner gas hob, built-in oven, built-in microwave, built-in dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils; television. Wi-Fi. Washing machine. A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and two single beds (90 cm) that are visually separated. A sofa bed with a double mattress (140 cm) in the living area. A shower room with a vanity unit, shower, and toilet. A small bathroom (bathtub and toilet). Shaded terrace, outdoor table, barbecue, and sun loungers. Night fishing is permitted for anglers. Private ponds are closed: no permit required. RATES Short stay rental; minimum 2 nights, €360 to €480 depending on the season. Subsequent nights €100 to €120 depending on the period. Weekly rental €750 to €1100 depending on the period. Due to damage often detrimental to subsequent tenants, we do not accept pets.
