This 1st floor condo unit boasts a delightful 1700 sq ft of living space in a secure gated community. It is decorated and furnished with many tasteful furnishings. This unit sleeps 4 . The master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat screen TV, walk-in closet, double vanities and a glass enclosed walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and and access to a full washroom. The den offers a pull out sofa bed and a desk with doors for privacy.

The living room includes 50' Smart TV, Sound system and a full size pull out sofa bed.

The kitchen enjoys a bay window breakfast room and breakfast bar with a view to the lake. A nice sized dinning room will accommodate your entertaining needs. The laundry area is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

The back lanai overlooks the lake & golf course while the front lanai offers a quiet retreat. The condo also has a garage /driveway .

Loved our stay

We loved our 6 weeks at Cypress Woods. Our condo was roomy and comfortable. We loved all the amenities of the neighborhood and the owner of our condo was fantastic. He communicated often and there were so many items in the condo that were available to us. We would highly recommend both this condo and the complex.

Extremely comfortable and friendly place

The condo was just great, more amenities than I was expecting. Everyone in the community is so friendly, no one passes you by without waving or saying hello. The owner could not have been any more accommodating or helpful.

Great Vacation

The condo was exactly as advertised. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen is stocked with every utensil imagined. We are not golfers, but we did join the country club, which is optional. The club restaurant, pool area, pickleball and workout facilities were nice and well worth the modest fee. Dominic is a pleasant gentlemen and responses immediately to any questions you may have. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to vacation in Bonita Springs/Naples area.

Great property. It’s ideally located to get to the beach, great restaurants and all that Naples has to offer. The development, Cypress Woods, has a first class clubhouse and restaurant and the golf course is worth the membership transfer fee (just make sure you bring a good supply of golf balls!) if you like to golf. Last but not least, Domenic, is the best owner/host I’ve ever dealt with.

Wonderful place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can not say enough nice things about this property. The owners are wonderful and great and easy communication with them via email or the phone was nice. The neighborhood is gated and safe. The location is perfect as it’s close to many shops,: Super Target Walmart and Publix grocery store and the Famous Seed to Table all on the main road from the community. Having a front and back patio with ceiling fans was nice to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The views of the lake are relaxing while you have your coffee in the morning. The use of a one car garage is a bonus, as there are beach chairs, bikes etc to make your stay less hectic and enjoyable. There are 2 community pools right in the neighborhood with hot tubs. The home is a perfect size with a dining area, a breakfast area, the kitchen and a living room. It’s equipped with a washer/dryer. Having 2 bedrooms with TVs and 2 bathrooms with an additional den area that has a desk and couch with doors. You won’t regret staying here. 3 weeks was not enough...we hope to come back again and we are even telling our family/friends to book here! #noregrets

The Condo Was Exactly As Represented- And A Lot More

The rental was exactly as described. The location is excellent. Less than 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. The furnishings are "show model" inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with an incredible variety of dishes and utensils. Walk out the door and turn right or left and you are at a pool in 3 minutes. The check in was super easy. Can’t go wrong

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Domenic is a great host, although we didn’t really need him for anything because the unit has everything you need. The view, the pools, the large space, the office, the lanai on the water, the bikes and beach chairs and umbrella, and the beach parking pass made for a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained. Pretty much everything you would need in a rental -- not necessary to bring anything from home. Really comfortable king bed in master bedroom. So nice to deal with the owner! Very responsive to all your needs.

Happy retirees from Toronto

We were delighted with this property. It is well equipped, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed both front and rear lanais and ate breakfast on the sun-splashed rear lanai overlooking the lake every morning. The condo is conveniently located close to shopping and there is plenty of shopping within walking distance. The proximity to the I-75 provided easy access to downtown Naples and to the airport in Fort Myers. We found a number of excellent places to eat in Naples but also enjoyed using the grill and eating in on the lanai. The owner was most helpful and friendly. He made available to us sports and beach equipment all stored in the garage, also a convenient feature of this property. Our vacation was great and we are looking forward to returning next year. The best vacation property we have ever rented!

Very nice, well decorated ground floor home. Everything we needed was there, even beach chairs and fishing rods. Close to everything, nice pools and hot tubs. Close proximity to everything, shopping, airport, highway and beaches. And to top it off a great golf course as well.

We purchased this vacation rental so that we can use as a vacation home. We'll be able to enjoy some nice time golfing and relaxing days by the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our back Lanai and living room view is breath taking . You oversee the lake , palm trees and Golf course . It's just few steps to the neighborhood pool. It is accessible to biking and walking paths that will lead you to the clubhouse. Country Club features a Gordon Lewis Championship Golf course, par 72, a 6344 yard course with over 100 acres of lakes, marshes & preserves. Onsite you will find a magnificent clubhouse with restaurant, fitness center, pro shop, tennis courts and both swimming and lap pools. We are ilocated just east of I-75 north of Immokalee Road convenient to Fort Myers Intl Airport (20mins), Beach (10 mins), major shopping , restaurants & everything else Naples has to offer. Naples is also 15 mins away from Bonita beach and 20 Mins to Fort Myers beach.
