This one of a kind vacation property is a former Vintage Portable Dental Trailer converted by the builder/owner to a 460 sf Shiny Tiny Cottage, located between Ashville and Rainbow City, AL, at the end of a country road. Launch your boat at the Canoe Creek Boat Launch, 1.5 miles away and spend your days fishing or boating on beautiful Lake Neely Henry! There is plenty of boat parking on the property and this is a great home base for fishing tournaments. The Shiny Tiny is the owner's guesthouse, 200' from the main home, and shares a driveway, pier and yard with them - privacy, but nearby assistance should you need it!

The Shiny Tiny features a Master Bedroom on the main level with quality linens and comfy memory foam queen bed. A convenient fold down computer desk, perfect for remote work or learning, is located in the bedroom, away from the living area. Dedicated Wireless internet is available throughout the home. The bedroom also has a 32' smart tv, under bed storage drawers, a ceiling fan, fold down luggage rack & small closet & dresser. A cute full Bath with European shower, vanity & toilet is just off the bedroom. The Full Kitchen & cozy Living Room have a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan & french doors to the private screened porch. The yellow ottoman in the living room unfolds to a 72" twin for extra sleeping options. The Kitchen has built-in 24" oven, microwave, 4 burner induction cooktop, large sink, Keurig, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, granite & wood counters & eating bar with seating for 4. The Living room has a small comfortable sectional couch. Play games, converse, watch a movie, read or relax, with an electric fireplace, 60" smart TV & ceiling fan. The screened porch overlooks the pastural yard & has a ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings & dining table for two. There is a loft with two twin beds, 4' ceiling and is accessible by a moveable ship's ladder - cozy for kids! The loft has an additional portable air conditioner to keep it cool & comfortable even during the hottest months. The Shiny Tiny is pet friendly with huge yard where friendly, obedient pups are welcome to play off lead. New in 2023 - a fenced dog yard with 32" high fencing, accessible by pups via ramp from the screened porch (suitable for small - medium pups.)

Stroll down to the lake for a swim off the dock, kayaking (ask us to borrow ours!) or boating (byoboat!) - gaze at a night sky hosting a million stars - not visible with city lights! Sit by the cozy firepit (firewood provided) and enjoy the partyights, hoot owls & crickets...Located near wineries, Lake Neely Henry, Canoe Creek Boat Launch, Noccalulla Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Chief Ladiga Trail, Jacksonville State University, Alabama International Dragway, Talladega Motor Speedway, Horsepens 40, Tigers for Tomorrow, antiquing & other adventures, the Shiny Tiny is a great getaway or home away from home for fishing tournaments, weddings or events.

Linens, towels, paper products, coffees & teas, pantry items, shower products, bottled waters, snacks, wireless internet & Smart TVs are provided. We are rural, with one internet provider to choose from & signal can, on occasion, be spotty. If the internet or television is your #1 priority during your visit, just understand this. There is a small washer/dryer that will accomate most needs. Bulky items, like bedding, we will launder at the main house. Please remember, though comfortable, this is a true Tiny home. Everything is smaller than in big homes & in the spirit of minimalism we ask that you conserve wherever possible. The water heating system consists of a 20 gallon tank, so quicker showers may be necessary. The Shiny Tiny is newly remodeled, pet-friendly, clean, well planned, cute, safe, very quiet & private. The street is level and great for walking, biking or scooters. A unique property in the Alabama countryside awaits you!
