Family visit

We were very happy with our stay, great communication with the owner. All the comforts of home away from home. Great location to visit either Fairhope or Mobile. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is very clean and quiet. When we arrived, we had an issue with the bedroom window. We contacted the owner and he with the had a maintenance man out to the place within 20 minutes. The location is convenient and a quick drive back to Mobile.We will certainly stay again.

Great location!

The condo is huge and the beds are comfy. It's in a great location, convenient to Mobile and the Eastern Shore. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and the owner was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

I recommend arriving in the daylight, as the unit may be a bit difficult to locate within the complex for the first time in the dark. The property is a good value for the cost of the stay. It accommodates two to four people comfortably.

Daphne by the bay

We loved the apartment, it was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The back deck was very relaxing and private. King size master bed and queen size second bedroom were great. It was close to everything, shopping, Fairhope downtown, Mobile downtown and Gulfshores. I would recommend this property to anyone. Sub Par comfort

Everything about the furnishing in the space felt cheap. The bed frame in the master suite is comically over sized making getting in and out a hassle, the window treatments are sheer so good luck sleeping in once the sun comes up cause they don't block any light. The couch is uncomfortable, there are no hangers, and the toilet seat isn't soft close. The curtain rod is poorly installed and they couldn't even be bothered to remove the label. Its these complaints and probably two dozen other minor issues that just add up to feeling like a cheap slightly unclean experience. Any three of these together probably wouldn't make me complain but stacked together its all a bit much.

Thanks for feedback. Some of housekeeping items, I will definitely address. I would ask if you own any rental property, but I already know the answer. In case you do have rental property, please provide links, I would like to stay and deeply critic yours? I own 11 units in multiple states. I have spent millions to try and keep a high standard at each place. I am blocking you from all my units, friends units, and other groups that I am affiliated with in La, Ms, Al and Florida.
