Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the main living area comprising a lounge area and a dining table. Just behind it is the open kitchen, fully equipped and offering direct access to the terrace. You will find an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a dishwasher.



The house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a double bed (140 x 190)

Bedroom 2: on the ground floor: has two single beds (90 x 190)

Bedroom 3: Upstairs, you must pass through the terrace and the exterior staircase to access this last bedroom, which has a double bed (140 x 200).



For the bathrooms, you will have access to a washroom on the ground floor and a bathroom located upstairs.



In the utility room on the ground floor, you will have a washing machine and an iron.



For parking, you can park for free on the street. In front of the house, a space is provided to park up to 4 bicycles.
