Welcome to our 35 m² air-conditioned apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator access, furnished as follows for your comfort:

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer-dryer).
A full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
An iron and hairdryer are provided.
The cleaning fee includes a change of bed linens and towels for each person, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
