Pets are not allowed. Visitors in the apartment only after consultation with the landlord. House parties are forbidden. This apartment does not allow parties or events! Failure to do so will be terminated.

At lunch and dinner you have the choice of different restaurants (Greek, Spanish, Italian, German ...). There are shopping facilities (baker, butcher, supermarket, wine merchant, gifts, jewelery, hairdressers etc.) for the daily needs. Saturday is market. There is also a bank with ATM, doctors, pharmacy, opticians in the immediate vicinity.
