We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, toys (balls, sand toys, and shovels), blankets, coolers, pool floats for both adults and kids, pool toys, and towels for your convenience. Plus, stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout your stay.

Families with young children will love our kid-friendly home, complete with a pack and play, high chair/booster, baby float, swim arms, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, and other essentials. The brand new epoxy/rubber pool deck is not only visually appealing but also slip-resistant, ensuring safety while relaxing poolside.

Amazing

We had the best stay! The location is perfect and close to many stores and resturants. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, we took the kids for walks and bike rides. The pool is amazing, the non-slip decking around it is everything if you have little ones. There were 6 turtles that would come visit us each day in the lake and my kids thought that was the coolest thing (so bring turtle food!). We enjoyed our stay very much. The house just felt like home. Thanks for sharing it with our family! ❤️

Really nice month long stay

Nice location with lake and pool and clean property. The house shows its age but everything worked and we really enjoyed our stay. Charlie was great at taking care of our needs. Janelle was a pleasure to work with and we hope to come back to the property soon.

Great Pool!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay. The weather could have been better, but a very comfortable home. The pool is wonderful. We loved the Lanai. The bike trails in Cape Coral are very nice.

We recently renovated the pool decking, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. The lanai space has gone through a major transformation, and it just looks incredible. The brand new decking has taken things up several notches, and now you get to enjoy a polished and luxurious area where you can bask in the sun and soak up stunning views.

We have been visiting Cape Coral every year for over 15 years now, and let me tell you, this place has our hearts. There's an abundant amount of things to do here that we can never get enough of!
