Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cleaning fee only covers standard-cleaning. Smoking inside the property/excessive dirtiness will incur a deep cleaning fee ranging from $100-$300.
Failure to return keys in lockbox upon check-out will incur a $125 fee. Any other missing items will be charged at the item’s value/replacement cost.
A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. I.g. Check-out from 11:01 - 11:30 = $25 fee / 11:31 - 12:00 = $50 fee

My family and I enjoyed staying here for a week and everything from the communication, down to the cleanliness was perfect. Astoria was an amazing host, very quick to answer, always found a solution to my questions, she was very considerate of my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. I would love to stay here again. The condo was like a 2min walk from the beach, SUPER CLEANNN and Astoria was so nice and friendly. Thank you for making our experience great!

This was a lovely place SO close to an amazing beach! Very walkable to other nearby beaches and restaurants as well. I loved being close to the rainforest. Easy to park. The host communicated with me promptly and had great recommendations for food and activities. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially as a solo traveler.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and it was obvious that the owner takes great pride in making guests feel at home.We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful personal touches. From coffee and Band-Aids to games, beach chairs, beach towels, and other essentials, the home was stocked with so many items that made traveling with a family much easier. It truly felt like everything had been thoughtfully considered.Astoria was an outstanding host. She provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and every dining suggestion we tried was excellent. Her local knowledge helped us experience Puerto Rico in a way we might not have otherwise.If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

A lovely little apartment on a quiet side street. It was beautiful and spacious. The front porch was the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning and for hanging wet swimsuits at the end of the day. We appreciated the beach supplies, especially towels and beach chairs! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the bathroom was stocked with easily forgotten items (like bug spray).If you are going to Luquillo Beach, make sure you are going to the area on Google Maps called "Luquillo Beach Parking Lot" to get to the swimming beach because the beach behind the food stalls is not for swimming.Thank you for recommending Simple Food (restaurant)for breakfast. It was lovely!The property is situated close to the beach, the food stalls, Carabali Rainforest Park, El Yunque and conveniences like gas stations and Walgreens.The host was quick to respond to a small concern I had. Thank you for a wonderful time! Will definitely stay again!

Super clean and cozy place. My sister and I stayed for 2 nights and I wish we could've stayed longer. There was a single bedroom and a comfortable pull out couch bed. Stocked with kitchen essentials and anything else you need to be comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to Playa Azul and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

My husband and I loved this condo! We stayed for a week for our babymoon, it was clean and convenient. An easy walk to Playa Azul and a 30 minute drive to the rainforest. You have everything you might need for your stay there. Highly recommend!

First off, I have to say that the level of communication by the host exceeded my expectations! They were very responsive and included multiple pages of instructions/tips/etc that answered many of my questions right off the bat! The condo was neat, secure, and comfortable, with available parking right outside of the unit! We were able to shop and cook many of our meals from home, which helped us get an early start on many of our days! Would definitely recommend to single travelers, couples, or even families with kids (we have 2- a 10-yo and 13-yo)! Plus, a 2 minute walk to the beach can't be beat! We'd definitely stay here again!
