This 23 m² apartment, although compact, has been cleverly designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, it combines practicality and comfort in a bright and pleasant environment.
The main room is equipped with a sofa bed (160 cm), ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for cooking at home.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The apartment also offers several clever storage spaces to easily organize your belongings. You'll also find air conditioning, a fan, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are provided.
