Great time in Cape Coral!

Our family came down for a week and had a great time! The house was very nice with a lot of great touches. The pool was wonderful as well as the sitting area by the dock. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Just returned from two weeks in this beautiful home. Amenities galore- you will need for nothing ! Pool is wonderful and heated to 80 degrees ,lovely view of the canal and in a quiet neighborhood. Such fun to watch all the boats going out. Our host was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had . If you are renting a place in Cape Coral that has everything this is the one !

Great rental.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The pool was very nice. There were many amenities. We took the kayaks out on the canal and dolphins swam alongside us. The only thing I will mention is if you have very young children the house is not childproofed. The doors to the pool could not be locked (even our 20 month old could open the doors) so be aware that vigilance is required. They do have a high chair and pack n play which was very helpful. The owner is a chef and cooked us a beautiful meal. It was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Nice Pool & Patio

First, the house is just as pictured. It’s clean, spacious, kitchen is nicely stocked, and the pool/patio area is a great space for any family. The main issue we had was that the owner stayed on the property for the entire time we were there the full week! If we would have known he (maybe his wife too) was going to be there we would not have booked this house. There is an in-law suite at the front of the house that is only described as a kitchen that the owners may be “stopping by” from time to time to use, but it seems as though the owner is living there with his dog, which we heard frequently. I asked the owner on night two if he would be staying the whole time and he responded with a long message about medical issues he was dealing with and about all the upgrades the house has had and how I hadn’t mentioned any of them yet, but he completely ignored my question about him staying. If you’re ok with the owner being around the entire time, having several packages delivered for him/her while you’re there, and hearing their dog, then you will probably like this house. Our week was definitely not as great as it could have been. We were uncomfortable having someone else basically there with us. This should absolutely be disclosed in the description.
