EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAMILIES. NO BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE OR BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES. 3-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, and living room with a large terrace. Eighth floor with elevator. Complex with gardens and a swimming pool. Located in the Paseo Rosa de los Vientos area, near the port. The price includes sheets for all beds, kitchen towels, and hand towels (bath towels not included). Optional parking space. Parties and any other activity that violates the Neighborhood Code of Conduct are NOT permitted.
Optional services payable on site and booked before arrival:
- Cot: €3 per day
- Folding bed rental: €5 per day
- Pet supplement: €20 per stay
