The Space:

Welcome to La Perle Bleue!

This accommodation is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort and includes two bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests:

– Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm)

– Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm)

Each bedroom has a wardrobe.



The apartment features a bright living room opening onto a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stovetop, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, and utensils), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A dedicated parking space is available in a secure parking lot.

Not wheelchair accessible (PMR).

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Required

• A security deposit will be requested, including for Airbnb guests, via a card pre-authorization, with an amount ranging from €300 to €1,500 depending on the accommodation.

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process.

• At that time, you will be able to provide your credit card for the security deposit.

• If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the accommodation will not be granted.

• Bed linens and towels are provided.



Interaction with Guests:

The Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you before, during, and after your stay. Guests are welcomed in person on site to hand over the keys and present the accommodation. All further communication will take place via messages on the platform where the reservation was made.
