Beautifully located / quiet 2 room maisonette apartment in the heart of Refrath (Bergisch Gladbach) with separate entrance

Furnishing:
1 bedroom (2 single box spring beds, can also be pushed together)
1 kitchen including all common kitchen appliances
1 bath incl. Washing machine
1 balcony (covered)

* Towels and bed linen are provided by the landlord

The kitchen is fully equipped. (Coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots, blender, spices such as salt / pepper / paprika) The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated towel rail. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is a duplex apartment with a separate entrance on the 1st floor (no elevator).

Unkomplizierte Schüsselübergabe. Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung auf beiden Etagen. Gemütliche Ausstattung, alles gut in Küche ausgestattet. Küche und Bad ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionstüchtig. In den Ecken hätte es sauberer sein können. Daher en Stern Abzug

Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Dusche und in der Küche könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr/Gläser wären schön, da ein großer Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen.

Eine kleine Oase

Liebenswerte Gastgeberin und eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhige und schätzungsweise sichere Umgebung, wo ich auch Abends ohne Probleme noch spazieren gehen wollte. Hier buche ich gerne wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Ein schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes, separates gelegenes Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Fön, Wasch- Spülmaschine, die wichtigsten Utensilien, sind gestellt ( Spülmittel, Schwamm, Küchentücher, Dusch und Handtücher, Handwaschseife). Das Einchecken war problemlos auch schon vor der angegebenen Zeit möglich. Die Vermieter gut erreichbar und unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Erreichbarkeit mit Straßenbahn ab Deutz Messe ohne Umsteigen, alternativ die S11 und der Bus. Einzige (für mich nicht tragisch) der Flughafen ist in der Nähe, sodass bei geöffnetem Fenster die startenden Maschinen zu hören sind, bei geschlossenen Fenstern und guter Dämmung, waren die Flieger allerdings nicht zu hören. Sollte ich mal wieder in die Gegend kommen, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wirkte auf mich sogar geräumiger als erwartet. Die Einrichtung war gut und praktisch und alles hat funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts immer schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert, ebenso wie die Übergaben. Die Lage in einem reinen Wohngebiet hat für mich und meine Vorhaben im Kölner Osten gut funktioniert. Vor allem war es sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und gerne wieder!
