Beautifully located / quiet 2 room maisonette apartment in the heart of Refrath (Bergisch Gladbach) with separate entrance

1 bedroom (2 single box spring beds, can also be pushed together)
1 kitchen including all common kitchen appliances
1 bath incl. Washing machine
1 balcony (covered)

(Coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots, blender, spices such as salt / pepper / paprika) The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated towel rail. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is a duplex apartment with a separate entrance on the 1st floor (no elevator).
