Nestled between unspoiled nature and rural heritage, you're just a stone's throw from the Vauvre Valley, perfect for relaxation, fishing, or walks. Nearby, explore the cultural treasures of La Châtre, the bocage landscapes of the George Sand region, or meet local artisans and producers. It's an ideal base for exploring the Brenne Regional Natural Park and the historical sites of Berry. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with a lounge area, a dining area for 8 people, and a wood-burning stove, opening onto a terrace with views of the countryside. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped. A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) is also located on the ground floor.

The house is semi-detached with the owners' house, which occupies another part of the building.
