My family of 4 really enjoyed our Dewey Beach vacation at this cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We used the screened-in front porch every morning and evening, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for my child who has dietary restrictions. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and Jolly Trolley. The dedicated parking spot was very convenient too.

We loved our stay at the beach cottage for our girls weekend! The location by the beach and walkable to restaurants was convenient and the screened in porch was perfect for hanging out for morning coffee, after beach regroup or cocktails. We thought the size was perfect for the 5 of us, and we all agreed the cottage was super cute and had everything we needed! Thanks!

This location was great for our Memorial Day beach weekend. Just steps away from the beach, we were able to enjoy it without having to pile into the car. The Rehoboth boardwalk was also just a short trolley ride away, or you could walk to it on the beach.The cottage was also very clean. Would recommend anyone looking for a simple beach stay!

The unit was very musty smelling so much that I was worried about mold, The unit floors were very dirty and we needed to vacuum and wet swiiffer upon arrival. Dirty bathroom rugs were strewn about the bathroom floor. I paid for a cleaning fee that I feel was not used to clean before our arrival. Very disappointing.

I am sorry you did not feel that the unit was clean, but you did not communicate anything to me. If you had reached out to me when you arrived I could have had the cleaning people come back and re clean for you.
