PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This apartment is entirely designed for seasonal rentals.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a lovely living room with large bay windows leading to the famous terrace. This comfortable room includes a living area with a sofa bed and a dining area for six.

The 40m² terrace features an outdoor living area and garden furniture, perfect for evening drinks.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher).

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), a private shower room, and direct access to the terrace for sunny breakfasts.

The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room. It also includes a dressing room for added comfort.

After a short walk on Avenue Isola Bella, you can:

- Enjoy the "village" ambiance of the Montfleury district by shopping at our lovely shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, and supermarket)

Parking is available in this accommodation.
Bed linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dishcloths…).
Daily essentials are available upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…).
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11 am, and check-in is from 4 pm (flexible according to availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Arrivals can be in person until 10 pm in winter and 11 pm in summer. Beyond these hours, arrivals are only possible via a key box. All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will need to be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
