Our 3-Bedroom Apartment has a light and spacious Living / Dining room with high ceilings, a large Kitchen, and unusually for the centre of Cannes, a large (80 sqm) furnished garden Terrace.

Furnished to a high standard, the apartment has high-speed wifi, Sky TV, (inc Sport) air-conditioning and heating (living areas and bedroom), and most importantly, a Nespresso machine. The Kitchen is fully-equipped for all your needs with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms have double glazing and blackout blinds to give you the best nights' sleep on our quality beds.

Our apartment has large French doors, leading out onto a beautiful large 80 sqm private Terrace, which can seat up to 10 under the pergola on the terrace. Dine under the pergola or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere on the outdoor sofas in the (umbrella) shade or sunshine, surrounded by Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants.

The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, our apartment is ideal for those visiting Cannes to attend conferences including: Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, MIPIM, LIONS, MIPCOM, Tax Free, MAPIC, MIDEM, Boat Show, etc. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops (from supermarket to famous designers) close by, so there is no need to have a car as we are in the centre of the town. We are also less than 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and bus station (including the coach to Nice Airport).

A great location in the centre of Cannes, very close to the railway station, shops and restaurants. A fabulous traditional French apartment; spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of the terrace. Air-conditioning was so lovely during the recent heatwave. Kitchen was well-equipped, if a little tired. We enjoyed cooking many meals and eating on the terrace. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms good quality. Plenty of towels. The double glazing kept all the street noise out. All-in-all a lovely apartment in a fabulous place. Thank you.

Lovely stay in Cannes

This is a lovely apartment in the centre of Cannes. Close to everything; Cannes train station, beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, everything you need for a perfect stay in Cannes.. The apartment can easily accomodate a family of 7, with three large bedrooms with en suite bathroom/shower. The spacious terrace is also something we really apreciated. This is the second time we stay in this apartment, and we will definitely return. Also worth mentioning, the dialogue and Check-in/Check-out was really smooth. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely apartment which is luxurious and comfortable, and the owners, Shelley and Dav, have paid real attention to detail with everything you might need thought of, including hotel-style toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds and the terrace outside is an oasis of calm. The location couldn't be better, as the apartment is right in the heart of Cannes, and you step out on to a lively street. Our holiday was made complete by Dave and Shelley's brilliant suggestions for restaurants and day trips. We'll be back!

Exceptional Experience

The host Shelley was great from the beginning. She answered all questions in a timely manner with no issues. Shelley also assisted in a request for a baby highchair. The entire process was made easy from booking, check in, the in between questions, and check out. The housekeeper Assya was great as well she answered all of my questions and brought the requested chair to the apartment. She was great. As for the apartment, it was just as described. Beautiful apartment located in the center of the action and not far from the beach. My family and I had a awesome experience. We will be back. Thanks Shelley and Assya.

Magnifique séjour cannois!

Appartement très agréable, idéalement placé dans le centre de Cannes (mais au calme!!)Tout est accessible à pied. La climatisation est très appréciée sur ce mois d’août et la terrasse nous a permis de passer de bons moments en famille. Cuisine toute équipée et très pratique. Les photos sont tout à fait fidèles et reflètent bien tout le confort de l’appartement. Pratique aussi pour les familles la mise à disposition d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute. Un grand merci également à Assya pour son accueil et sa disponibilité pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Best location/outdoor space in town!

My family and I stayed at Shelley’s apartment for a week and could not have had a better stay. The apartment was a short walk from beaches and restaurants and we never had to take our car to go anywhere (this was especially helpful given we have an 18 month old who one of us had to take home from the beach for naps and leave dinners early to put to bed). Shelley was also very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Perfect all around!

Amazing Luxury Apartments in the Center of Cannes

We rented both apartments for our company's stay in Cannes. We were exhibiting at the TFWA exhibition in the Palais and it was such a convenient location to stay at. The apartments are super close to everything and we made it to the exhibition every morning within 5 minutes. The apartments have everything you could possibly wish for and are beautifully furnished, clean, huge terraces, charming, sophisticated and most of all comfortable. It was like a home away from home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners make you feel right at home and are so easy to work with. Cannot say enough good things about these apartments! We would recommend them to anyone who is going to stay in Cannes.

Fantastic apartment!

Spacious, clean, high quality, are some of the words that come to mind when I think of this apartment. We had 6 people in our group and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loved the separate showers ( water pressure was perfect!). Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet, we had no trouble sleeping. Location could not have been better...shops, beach, cafes, grocery, and train all within one or two blocks. It was a pleasure knowing we had such a wonderful space to come back to every evening and made our trip to Cannes a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment the only place to stay in Cannes!

I was very lucky to come across this hidden gem in the centre of Cannes. Its location is superb, with a supermarket round the corner, great restaurants nearby and only a five minute walk to the beach. It is the perfect apartment for anyone! The large Terrace with sofas and alfresco dining is a great added feature and is very rare in the centre of Cannes. The apartment is immaculate throughout and all amenities you could want are available. Although being very central it is also very quiet. You will not need to worry about noise. There were no disturbances either inside or outside the apartment at night during my entire 7 nights stay. Everything that was listed in the advert was exactly what it turned out to be and much more. The apartment has been maintained and furnished to a very high standard and its attention to detail very much makes your stay like a home away from home. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn’t be more accommodating, providing me with great advice for my week's stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. JON F

I live with my husband and two children in a small village in the Surrey Hills. I enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside surrounding us, practising yoga and spending as much time as I can with my family and close friends.

We first fell in love with Cannes in 2008 and have even renewed our vows here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Holidaying in the South of France was a natural choice as we wanted somewhere we could get to easily and quickly, with a great location, in a traditional apartment building, close to all the restaurants and amenities there are to offer and with a guarantee of warm weather. We always look forward to our next trip to Cannes, so much so that we now have a 2-Bedroom Apartment across the hallway in the same building - it's also listed on the HomeAway website too: https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p1039358).

Why they chose this property

Cannes is a special city - not too big or too small - with beautiful golden beaches, glamorous restaurants and cute cafes from Le Suquet to La Croisette, and the perfect base to explore more of the Cote d’Azur.

What makes our apartments unique is that they are located in the most sought-after area in Cannes: rue des Freres Casanova is a small cafe lined pedestrian street nestled between the busy rue d'Antibes and the lovely pedestrian street of rue Hoche.

This is the heart of Cannes with boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants: 4 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, a 5-minute stroll to the beaches and just a block away from the train station - where you can travel to Toulon (to watch rugby), Nice, Monte Carlo and the markets of Ventimiglia in Italy.

What makes this property unique

Our 2 & 3-bedroom apartments are two hidden gems, located in the same building, they can accommodate 11 people in total. Ideally located on a pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes, you will be only a few minutes walk away from the Palais des Festivals, the golden beaches and train station, from which you can explore the rest of the French Riviera.

The greatest asset is the large private Terrace, full of Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants to give a sense of calm - despite being in the centre of Cannes! We spend many hours relaxing in the sunshine, reading a book and enjoying meals around the dining table. The large pergola provides essential shade from the midday sun, or there are outdoor sofas and sunloungers if you prefer to soak up the rays! We then choose our times to go down to the beach for a swim, usually early in the morning or late afternoon.

Our apartment is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy, we hope you will share the same feeling of being at ‘home away from home’ too!
