L'appartement est petit mais cosy, bien équipé et bien placé. Cependant, beaucoup de choses à revoir : pas de volets et des rideaux clairs qui laissent passer toute la lumière du jour, aération du logement insuffisante (forte condensation aux fenêtre, l'eau coule littéralement des vitres), propreté du logement à améliorer (salle de bain, chaises, tapis...) et ne pas fermer la salle de bain à clés au risque de ne plus pouvoir ressortir !
