Time out at Lake Constance - beautiful, well-kept 3-room apartment in Stockach-Wahlwies

The 3-room apartment with a total of 68sqm is particularly suitable for a family with 2 adults, a child and a toddler, for 1 or 2 couples or for up to 4 individuals (adults) for the vacation or business trip: quiet, absolutely new and child-friendly with its own entrance and parking space. Wahlwies has a train station and is described as the gateway to Lake Constance. Also perfect for commuters (e.g. Singing, Constance, Schaffhausen, Zurich etc.) and just for vacationers as a starting point for hikes, bike tours, excursions and all kinds of activities. Only 7 km from Lake Constance. Wahlwies is a Demeter self-catering village with a farm shop and an organic village shop with a bakery in the middle of apple orchards. Several pairs of storks live in the center. Everything is within walking distance. No through traffic. Many playgrounds and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity, plus meadows, forest, a farm. In the village there is a riding stable and two restaurants. If you have parked your car in your own parking lot in front of the "own" garage (shared use, for example, to store your own bicycles), you will enter the hallway through your own front door. There is a large shoe cabinet, which includes all shoes. Hiking and sports shoes for the whole family "invisibly swallowed". You simply throw your jackets over the large standing wardrobe. Straight ahead you come into the bright and sunny living room with real wood parquet, with 2 sofas and a very high quality and new sofa bed (bought new in 2017. Dimensions: 80x200xm or extendable to 160x200cm), a large sideboard with lamp and TV and a coffee table. You will also find spacious fitted wardrobes there. A balcony door leads to the balcony, from which you come into the small garden, which you can also use. From the living room you can access the kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishes, a coffee machine, a kettle, a teapot, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with an ice compartment, a dishwasher, etc. You will also find the first bathroom with shower and toilet adjacent. Another highlight is the beautiful dining room, also with real wood parquet, with a table and 4 chairs, as well as an optional children's high seat, a sideboard and a shelf. This room is also ideal as a study. If you go down the stairs to the lower floor, you will find the small bedroom for a child and a toddler on the right. On the left in the corridor below there is a huge built-in cupboard for clothes, etc. At the end of the hall is the laundry room, where you can use the washing machine and hang up laundry. On the right hand side is the master bedroom with a new (2017) cozy box spring double bed (180x200cm), from which 2 single beds (90x200cm) can also be made. From the bedroom, which also has generous cupboard walls, you come up a few steps back up into the garden via its own exit. Next to the bedroom you will find the luxurious new bathroom with a large, indirectly illuminated mirror, bathtub and Italian wall design. By the way: all windows and doors are provided with mosquito screens!
Access for guests
Own balcony, over which you can go down a few steps into the garden. Shared use of garden and garage, shared use of our adult and children's bicycles as well as all children's vehicles (handcart, tricycle, tractor, scooter, balance bike, buggy, skateboard, etc.) and our Scuddy Light (three-wheeled electric scooter for one person) for errands in Wahlwies (Auf own risk. We accept no liability).

We, that is Pete, Kerstin, Constantin (8) and Charlotte (5), live next door and can provide you with all kinds of insider tips at any time. We would be happy to pick you up from Wahlwies train station if you travel by public transport.
