About this property

Zur alten Vine - New holiday home at the Permesang winery on the Saar

We warmly welcome you to our new holiday home "Zur alten Vine"!
With us you can take a vacation on the Saar with up to 4 people.
The holiday home and our wine tasting room Weinreich are located on the Permesang winery in the idyllic wine-growing town of Filzen an der Saar. It is the ideal starting point to explore the Saar region and the surrounding attractions. The historic cities of Saarburg and Trier are only 13 km away, the border to Luxembourg is only 16 km away. In the neighborhood there are many wine towns such as Kanzem, Wiltingen, Schoden, Ockfen, Oberemmel and many more. Due to the direct location on the Saar, our holiday home is ideal as a starting point for various bike tours. The bike paths on the Saar, Mosel and Sauer are very well developed and you can take tours along the idyllic rivers to Saarburg, Mettlach, Trier and Luxembourg.
The house has 71 square meters of living space, a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a box spring double bed, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. To ensure that our guests feel comfortable, we have placed special emphasis on high-quality furniture, tiles, bathrooms and sanitary ware. The ambience in our holiday home is characterized by the special and authentic items from our winery, which we have lovingly processed.
In addition, a spacious, sunny terrace with garden furniture belongs to the holiday home. We have freshly made beds for our guests and a variety of hand, bath and kitchen towels are available.
Children are very welcome!
Our little "wine kingdom" belongs to the winery and the holiday home. Our guests can visit it to enjoy the delicious Riesling wines in beautiful surroundings.

Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gebucht, weil die Lage ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Trier, Saarburg, Saarschleife, Luxemburg Stadt, Burg Eltz, ...) war. Zudem sind die Räume sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in und um Trier.

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub in der Alten Rebe sehr genossen. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Wandertouren war sie ein prima Ausgangspunkt.

Einfach Perfekt!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht! Die Umgebung bietet viel für Freizeit und Erholung. Besonders die vielen, schönen Radwege haben es uns angetan. Am Besten aber ist der leckere Wein vom Weingut der Vermieter! Alles Rieslinge, aber einer leckerer wie der andere! Zum Glück ist für die ersten Tage ein Vorrat und der Ferienwohnung! Die Weinprobe ist sehr empfehlenswert! Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung war dazu sehr sauber. In einem kleinen Ortsteil von Konz direkt an den Weinbergen und der Saar. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Weine von der Familie Permesang, die wir direkt neben an in deren Weinstube testen durften.

Dieses Ferienhaus empfiehlt man gerne weiter.

Wir haben uns in dem hellen,modernen und gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein schönes Bad und dazu eine eigene Terrasse. Einfach toll,es fehlte an nichts.Die Fotos im Netz zeigen sehr gut was einen erwartet. Wir geben sech von fünf Sternen.

Herrlicher Urlaub in einem Top Ferienhaus

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt, von der herzlichen Begrüßung der Gastgeber bis zur interessanten Weinprobe der hauseigenen Weine. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet, modern und komfortabel.
