The lively old town of Korčula or other idyllic regions of this fascinating island can be reached by car in a few minutes.
Each bedroom has a double bed king-size 200x180cm with satellite TV, access to the terrace or Garden and own bathroom with shower / toilet.
Dining table and kitchenette complete the living area, from where you can go directly to the terrace. The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine outdoors, especially in the evening when barbecuing and chilling. You can relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers by the pool. The partial sea view lets the soul come to rest.
Two cars are protected from the sun in the carport. Other cars park on the private property. The pedestrianized location and the fenced property ensure the safety of the children.
The hot water is treated sustainably with the help of sufficient solar areas on the roof. The villa is winterproof and has underfloor heating on the entire area.
Fully air-conditioned interior, adjustable depending on the room, LCD TV in every room, radio, satellite and Internet WLAN in all corners round off the technical offer.
The elegant kitchen has a stove with 4 gas hobs, oven, extractor hood, drinks and iron with a table available.
Bed linen and sufficient towels are provided and replaced at least once a week.
The villa also has an anchor buoy in the bay close to the house. Guests with boats can use these free of charge.
Arrival and departure July and August only on Saturdays, minimum stay 7 days.
All other months arrival at the weekend and departure possible every day.
