The Cottonwoods offer WIFIi, SATELLITE TV, BBQ GRILL, 2 FIREPLACES, 2 WASHERS & 2 DRYERS and 2 fully stocked kitchen & appliances.

We are located a mile away from the Red River Ski Area and a short distance walk to Red River Stables & Main Street.

We really enjoyed this house! We had a large group and plenty of room for all of us. The house is not next to the river but a close walk or drive into town to it. It was great being close to town for all of our activities. The owner was quick to respond to any question. Check in and check out was easy!

Great place for a big family!

This place was great for our growing family. The two kitchens are so nice when you are preparing all your meals. It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with plenty of paper towels and trash bags as well. We will be back!

Family Ski Trip

This property is amazing! Loved staying here!

We had a big family trip planned and this house was perfect! Lots of kitchen space to cook and big tables to eat. Every family had their own bathroom and space. So close to town and all activities we wanted to do. The property owner was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Thus was a great place for our family reunion! Plenty of space to spread out, and an easy walk to town. The kitchens were well stocked, and having 2 made meal prep easier. Some of the beds could probably use new mattresses, but otherwise we were quite comfortable during the day. The owner is also very responsive to messages & communicative. We look forward to booking again!

There were 15 people staying, room to spread out if needed and we could also be together in the great room with plenty space. The showers and beds were great. We parked 4 cars & 2 pickups. Drive acouple minutes to down town. A great place to stay.
