It consists of a lovely 22 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 13 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed.

Outside:
- A beautiful 13 m² private enclosed garden
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with no neighbors opposite, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The cottage is ideally located in Guidel, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Hiking: numerous walking trails start from the estate and around Guidel
- Fishing in the Laïta River (brackish waters)
- Swimming or walking on the beaches of Guidel
- Saint-Mathieu Chapel and the remains of Fort du Loch in the center of Guidel
- Flea market or visit to the local market (Sunday morning in the village) to discover local products

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private parking lot (one space).

- Nearest train station and airport: Lorient, about 9 miles away
