Single-story holiday home approximately 300m from the beach in a quiet, residential area, with a large, shaded 600m² garden planted with pine trees and oleanders. Ideal for one or two families, it comprises four bedrooms (two with a double bed and two with three single beds), a large living/dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, stove (three gas burners, one electric burner, and oven), and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a bathroom with two showers, a toilet, a TV, and parking for two cars.

Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided.
