Situated on the 2nd floor, the accommodation offers 25 m² of living space and can host up to 4 guests. It features an east-facing loggia with a beautiful sea view and WiFi access.

The living area includes a 130 cm double sofa bed and a television. The kitchen area is fully equipped with electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The cabin area is furnished with a 140 cm double bed.
The bathroom and separate toilet provide extra comfort.

A numbered secure parking space (No. 203) is included.
